Photoshop Express

So this is pretty cool - whilst no where near the power of Photoshop CS or the "lite" versions of PS - Photoshop express is pretty cool! 2Gb storage online, and allows you to link directly with your Facebook library so you can tweak and transfer to facebook all in one go!!

I have my own opinion on facebook - the little time I spend on it I'm amazed that so many people spend SO much more time onit that I do - and I don't know where they get the time to be honest! However its a great tool and I'm sure this will help EVERYONE with photos.

So apart from facebook - you can play with photos otherwise with some great, albeit limited image editing options

Sign up and check it out!! Go here -> https://www.photoshop.com/express/landing.html

The proofs are in the pudding...

Well being uploaded as we speak anyway. My transfer from my home of many a year MediaTemple to my new host DreamHost is still going on. The intent was to find a new home to host my new website - with its all inclusive proofing, galleries and carting system - the site is going to rock.

Anyway - I'm still supporting all the old galleries - and will still post my ShowIt galleries to this blog after a wedding. The issue was a simple command that "should" have simply transferred ALL my data from MediaTemple - to - Dreamhost. I don't trust stuff like that, so I did it in stages - and most everything got transferred ok. Most everything except the biggest space-holder on my site - the proofs. With hundreds of files taking hundreds and hundreds of megs for each wedding - the re-export and upload is taking longer than I'd like.

Almost done though....

Anyway - after that's sorted - then there's the new site to launch! Which will support proofs. But not pudding... That you can eat anyway.

That's no moon. It's a space station.

Blatant A New Hope quote - but look at that building! This 160 meter (521ft) high behemoth is pretending to be a hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan - however we all really know its going to be a fully operational, planet blasting space station. (linked via Gizmodo via SkyScraper News).
